“I wanna have Whisky on the beach”

In collaboration with Glenfiddich and Tony van Rooijen, The Grand Beach organizes four Glenfiddich Tastings with Tony on the beach!
On 9 and 23 August there will be a real ‘silent whisky tasting’ on The Grand Beach. Tony has been an ambassador for Glenfiddich in the Netherlands since 2008 and a passionate whisky enthusiast for many years. With his Glenfiddich Tour U he will present the most beautiful photos and flavors from Scotland this summer; on the beach!

During the silent tasting, which starts at 20h00, you will receive a headset and taste three different whiskys from Glenfiddich. Tony will inform you about all important whisky-details during the tasting. Whisky is experience and emotion, or as he likes to say; “Whisky is a journey whose destination you don’t know.”

During the tasting, Chef de Cuisine of restaurant Bridges, Raoul Meuwese, provides carefully created bites that perfectly match the whiskys.
