Did you know that the origins of barbecue come from the Caribbean? Barbecue is thus inextricably linked to the Caribbean and for this reason cannot be missed at The Grand Beach!

On June 20th,  we herald the barbecue season with the first edition of Brugal BBQ Sundays. Led by Chef de Cuisine Raoul Meuwese, we ignite the Big Green Egg and make sure that you are able to enjoy Caribbean BBQ classics between 16:00 and 21:00 hours, while listening to swinging salsa live music. At the entrance to The Grand Beach, you will receive a fresh coconut that our bartender will open and fill  with a tropical surprise. During this evening, Brugal provides the best cocktail combinations.

To complete this evening, you can opt for a mini cocktail workshop. When ordering the create-your-own cocktail, our bartender will pick you up to teach you all the tricks of cocktail shaking and let you compose your own cocktail!
